The SMW200A Vector Signal Generator from Rohde and Schwarz is the only single-box solution capable of producing wideband 5G signals at frequencies up to 40 GHz. A fully calibrated, specified generator that is easy to use takes the challenge out of creating wideband signals at these high frequencies. Outstanding RF performance is complimented with internal generation of 5G signals, making the SMW200A the leading solution for generating accurate, repeatable  5G test signals.

Performance that Delivers Results. With exceptional RF flatness over 2 GHz of bandwidth, the SMW200A can produce 5G test signals with extremely low error vector magnitude (EVM). With high-quality, clean test signals, you are measuring the device under test, and not the signal generator.

Internal Signal Generation. With built-in software options to support 5G NR waveforms and legacy 4G LTE systems, creating and defining your test signals is a simple task. With a high-resolution touchscreen display, the SMW200A removes the need for an external PC by creating the signals internally, in compliance with industry standards. Additionally, the SMW200A easily supports eight times the amount of carrier aggregation testing scenarios, enabling you to test current and future requirements.
